Community of Practice Career Guidance Webinar Series

As part of the IMPROVET-AM capacity building project, co-funded by the European Union, partners from Armenia, France, and Italy are working together to strengthen vocational education and enhance the career guidance system in Armenia.

In this framework, Apro Formazione (Alba, Italy) and SEPR (Lyon, France) are hosting a series of three online webinars on Career Guidance, open to teachers, counsellors, and managers in VET across and beyond Armenia.

Each session focuses on a different aspect of guidance practice (all sessions will be held in English):

 Classroom Guidance: Objectives, activities, and tools to support students led by Apro Formazione

☑️  Webinar 2 - 13 January 2026 | 12:00–13:30 (UTC+3)

 One-to-One Guidance and Coaching: Listening, guiding, and supporting learners led by SEPR

☑️  Webinar 3 - 23 February 2026 | 12:00–13:30 (UTC+3)

 From Talk to Transformation: Feedback and insights from group and individual guidance sessions co-hosted by both centres, a reflective and practical wrap-up session

🧾 Participants who complete the series will receive a Certificate of Participation.
