Managing Change in VET

Leading a VET centre today means steering through constant change — digitalisation, green transition, inclusion, and shifting labour market needs.

The IMPROVET-AM project, co-funded by the European Union, supports Armenian VET managers in transforming these challenges into opportunities for innovation and growth.

To accompany this process, Apro Formazione (Alba, Italy) and SEPR (Lyon, France) are hosting a peer-learning webinar series in English, designed for VET managers in Armenia.

Each online session focuses on a key theme shaping the future of VET management — from leadership and values to green transition, digitalisation, and entrepreneurship. You can choose to attend one or several webinars, depending on your interests.

These sessions offer practical insights, European perspectives, and space for open exchange with peers and experts.
