Webinar 1 – SEPR Best Practices on Common Values, Civic Engagement, Gender Equality, Participation & Social Inclusion

IMPROVET-AM Webinar Series

The first webinar of the IMPROVET-AM series introduces SEPR’s comprehensive approach to promoting common values, civic engagement, gender equality, participation, and social inclusion across its vocational training pathways. Presented by the Education, Engagement & Citizenship Service and the Disability Support Unit, the session gives a concrete and structured overview of how SEPR supports learners both academically and personally.

Drawing on SEPR’s long-standing experience in VET, the webinar explains how the institution organises its support services, identifies learners’ needs, implements personalised accommodations, and strengthens the link between families, companies, and teaching teams. It highlights everyday practices such as behaviour regulation, student engagement initiatives, social support mechanisms, the Co’op food assistance programme, mental health support (“Happsy Hours”), and awareness-raising actions across the campus.

Through these examples, participants gain a clear picture of how SEPR creates an inclusive and supportive learning environment and how these practices can inspire Armenian VET centres in implementing their own learner-centred support systems.
