Webinar for Policy Makers on Career Guidance and Work Services in VET: Connecting Education with the World of Work

Within the frames of the IMPROVET-AM project, we held a webinar dedicated to career guidance and work services in VET.

We were honoured to welcome Siranush Meloyan, Head of the Division of Policy Making and Strategy at the Ministry of Education of Armenia, whose participation brought a valuable policy-maker's perspective on one of the sector's central challenges: involving the private sector in vocational education and training.

APRO Formazione (Italy) presented how guidance is delivered throughout the learning pathway — from teenagers in school to unemployed adults — covering the Piedmont regional guidance system, the "Cities of Talent" initiative, lifelong learning, and the active labour policies that connect people with employers. 

The webinar reflected the very purpose of IMPROVET-AM: bringing policy makers and practitioners together to exchange experience and strengthen vocational education and training in Armenia.
