Webinar 4: Innovative Teaching and Digitalisation

A webinar exploring APRO Formazione’s vision of innovative and inclusive learning in Vocational Education and Training, grounded in the concept of a “fair school” that places learners at the centre of the educational process. The session presents concrete pedagogical approaches such as learning-by-doing, flipped classroom methodologies, and peer education, showing how these practices enhance student engagement, autonomy, and collaboration while responding to diverse learning needs.

The webinar also introduces Gruppo Noi, a student-led and professionally supervised support initiative created to foster inclusion, prevent isolation, and promote emotional wellbeing within the school community. By encouraging dialogue, solidarity, and early support among peers, APRO demonstrates how educational innovation can go beyond teaching methods to actively contribute to social cohesion, wellbeing, and a more equitable learning environment.
