Webinar 2: Internationalisation: Partnerships, Project Design, Management and Mobility by APRO Formazione

As part of the IMPROVET-AM project, partners took part in a practical webinar dedicated to internationalisation in VET, with a focus on partnerships, mobility, and strategic development. The session was led by APRO Formazione, who shared concrete methods drawn from their long-standing experience in European projects and Erasmus+ mobility.

The webinar explored internationalisation through four core pillars: networks and partnerships, activities and projects, staff capacity, and institutional strategy. APRO highlighted the importance of building long-term, mutually beneficial networks and aligning international activities with local, national, and European priorities.

A dedicated session on mobility management provided a clear overview of Erasmus+ learner and staff mobilities, covering selection procedures, preparation, documentation, support during mobility, and follow-up. Particular attention was given to inclusion, quality assurance, and the high impact of mobility on learners’ personal and professional development.

Participants also discussed opportunities for Armenian VET institutions to engage in international networks, host mobilities, and progressively build their internationalisation strategies—even beyond funded projects.
